Covenants

The Covenants govern what homeowners can and cannot do with their property.
The Covenants can only be amended by the positive voting of 3/4 of the homeowners.
This latest version was last updated November 22, 2013.

By-Laws

The Rules are written by the Board to help the Homeowners Association to enforce the the Covenants and By-Laws. They can be changed by the vote of the board. Last update on August 23, 2004.

Violation Report

A Violation Report must be completely filled out or the complaint will not be considered valid by the Board.  After the report has been submitted, it may be necessary to answer questions directed to you by the Board or Board Member.  If unresolved, the violator will be asked to attend a regularly scheduled Board meeting or request a hearing regarding the violation.  The Board will determine if a violation occurred and if a fine will be levied.

Rules

The By-Laws cover how the Homeowners Association is run. The By-Laws can be amended by a 2/3 vote of homeowners at an Homeowner Association meeting.  This latest version was also last updated and submitted to the Kendall County Recorder on May 16, 2003.
