Clubhouse

​This former retreat house was converted to a community clubhouse for the residents of Oak Creek.  This facility is used for meetings, events and can be rented by a homeowner for their own gatherings as well.

The kitchen was recently remodeled and has newer appliances, including a full refrigerator and a separate full freezer.  There are three gathering areas; the west room that can hold approximately 50 people, the east room that can hold approximately 100 people and a family room with a fireplace, TV and comfortable furniture.

Clubhouse Rentals - there are specific rules and a contract with a security deposit for each rental.  Only resident members, in good standing with no assessment fees in arrears, can rent the clubhouse and must in attendance throughout the rental.  Please see below documents and contact Jazel Aguirre at jazeliris10@gmail.com for rentals.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Oak Creek Clubhouse, parking lots and surrounding area is owned by the Oak Creek Subdivision HOA and maintained by a committee and funded by the HOA. The public use of this property is strictly prohibited.  No third party can occupy the property without permission. Absolutely NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES are to be on any of the property as indicated by the signs along Winding Creek Road.  Violators will be towed at their own expense and subject to ticketing by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.  Roads within Oak Creek are public and not owned or maintained by the Oak Creek Subdivision HOA and subject to all Kendall County Highway Department Laws.
